Welcome to AIVO View (“we,” “our,” “us”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, landing pages, visual assets, and all related materials.
By booking a service, commissioning a project, or accessing our digital products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Please read them carefully.
1. Overview of Services
AIVO View provides real estate presentation services including (but not limited to):
• Photography
• Videography
• Vertical reels
• Aerial drone imagery
• Matterport and 360° views
• Digital listing websites
• AI-enhanced visual assets
• PDF flyers
• Property showcase experiences
Services are delivered as outlined in the selected package or proposal.
2. Landing Page and Digital Experience
Customization
Your AIVO View landing page is customized using your brand colors, fonts, imagery, and approved content.
The underlying layout, structure, and functionality remain the same for all clients.
Client Responsibilities
• Providing accurate content, brand assets, text, and media
• Supplying all listing details and property information
• Reviewing and approving materials within reasonable timelines
We are not liable for errors resulting from client-provided content.
3. Domain and Hosting
The client is responsible for:
• Purchasing and renewing the domain name
• Providing and maintaining hosting
• Ensuring hosting compatibility, uptime, and performance
• Managing DNS and related technical settings
We are not responsible for:
• Server failures
• Hosting outages
• Renewal lapses
• Third-party hosting provider issues
4. Revisions
Each package includes one revision for all digital assets.
The revision includes:
• Content updates
• Image replacements
• Text adjustments
• Color alignment
Revisions do not include:
• Structural or layout changes
• Redesigns
• Additional functionality
• New versions of deliverables
• Changes in creative direction after approval
Any requests outside the scope will require a separate quote.
5. PDF Flyer Terms
Your package includes:
• One PDF flyer
• One revision (text and color changes only)
Does not include:
• Layout redesigns
• Additional flyer versions
• Multiple formats or print-ready variations (unless quoted separately)
6. Production Day Requirements
All on-site services — including photography, videography, Matterport, aerials, and 360° — are completed during one scheduled production session.
The production session:
• Occurs within a designated time window
• Requires the property to be clean, photo-ready, and accessible
• May incur additional fees if extended due to delays, readiness issues, or external factors
Reshoots or additional sessions are not included.
7. Access and Property Conditions
The client must provide:
• Timely access to the property
• A property in clean, staged condition
• All necessary permissions, keys, gate codes, parking access, and entry instructions
Delays caused by lack of access, weather, or third-party issues may affect timelines and may incur additional fees.
8. Pricing and Property Size
Pricing is based on:
• The square footage of the property
• The complexity of the shoot
• Additional service requests
Properties larger than the agreed size may require adjusted pricing.
9. AI-Enhanced Visuals
AIVO View may use AI tools to enhance visual assets.
AI-generated elements are designed to elevate realism and presentation.
Minor variations or stylistic differences may occur and are not considered misrepresentation.
10. Payment Terms
• A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your production date.
• The remaining 30% balance must be paid before final delivery.
• No materials will be released until payment is received in full.
• All payments are non-refundable once production has begun.
• Unused services do not roll over unless agreed in writing.
11. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Additional fees may apply depending on timing or circumstances.
12. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on:
• Project complexity
• Weather and property readiness
• Client responsiveness
• The number of assets included in the package
Delays caused by the client may extend the delivery timeframe.
13. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AIVO View may use:
• Property images
• Videos
• AI visuals
• Digital pages
• Screenshots
• Marketing materials
for portfolio, advertising, education, and promotional purposes.
14. Intellectual Property
AIVO View retains copyright ownership of:
• All creative work
• All branding and design elements
• All landing page structures
• All digital formats and templates
You receive a license to use the materials for marketing the corresponding property.
You may not repurpose, resell, re-template, or redistribute any AIVO View materials without written approval.
15. Client-Supplied Information
The client is responsible for the accuracy of:
• Property details
• Measurements
• Descriptions
• Pricing figures
• Brand assets
• Text and content
AIVO View is not liable for errors provided directly by the client.
16. Third-Party Links and Integrations
Your listing page may include links or embedded content (e.g., Homes.com, maps, walk scores).
We are not responsible for:
• External content
• External site downtime
• API changes
• Third-party modifications
17. Limitation of Liability
AIVO View is not responsible for:
• Losses due to hosting or domain issues
• Delays or failures caused by weather, access issues, or third parties
• Downtime caused by external providers
• Loss of business or revenue
• Force majeure events (events outside our control)
• Misuse of materials after delivery
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
18. Prohibited Use
Clients may not:
• Alter the structure of the AIVO page
• Reverse engineer or extract proprietary assets
• Repackage the AIVO system for resale
• Use materials beyond the marketed property
• Misrepresent AI-generated visuals
19. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The revised date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
